Director

Mr. Lewis was born and raised in New England, where his family has lived since the 17th century. Although a historian by trade, he has been involved with music and drama for his entire life, performing in various bands and choirs from grammar school through university, as well as performing in local community theater. Mr. Lewis moved to Alaska in the late 1990s when he became a teacher and has advised and nurtured student performers the entirety of that time. He has been involved with CER Drama since performing in Fiddler on the Roof as the Constable, and has since taken on the various roles of Director, Assistant Director, Producer, and Writer – while always still finding a way to get a few minutes on stage.
